The merger of the University of Massachusetts Medical Center and Memorial Health Care to form UMass Memorial Healthcare was causing confusion amongst donors. The UMass Memorial Foundation needed to unify and provide consistent messaging to donors, while keeping intact the integrity of both UMass Memorial Health Care and UMass Medical Center's branding.
